Absolutely.
Although our approach is comprehensive and potentially encompasses a number of services, we understand that organisational priorities and budgets may dictate work undertaken.
For instance you may require us to undertake an analysis of your absenteeism profile but to not then recommend strategies to improve this factor.
GPDR covers personal data such as name, contact details and ethnicity, for example. As part of our analysis we will not require any of this data. Consequently our services will not breach GDPR principles.
If we believe that our analysis is being used as a tool to "punish" employees, we will discontinue working with you. An example of this maybe initiating disciplinary procedures based on the frequency of periods of absence. Our analysis may highlight valid reasons for employee absence.
Of course if our analysis uncovers abuse of organisational absence policies, we would expect your own typical HR processes to be implemented.
We recommend, where appropriate, that employees are fully informed of the work that we are conducting.
Our ultimate goal is to decrease absenteeism through increasing employee wellbeing.
