Do you accept
on-line payments?

At the moment we do not offer this service but hope to do so in the near future.

 

Payment for services is conducted via bank transfers and this will be discussed at our initial discussion with you.

Can I choose which service I would like?

Absolutely.

Although our approach is comprehensive and potentially encompasses a number of services, we understand that organisational priorities and budgets may dictate work undertaken.

For instance you may require us to undertake an analysis of your absenteeism profile but to not then recommend strategies to improve this factor.

What about GDPR?

GDPR covers personal data such as name, contact details and ethnicity, for example. As part of our analysis we will not require any of this data. Consequently our services will not breach GDPR principles.

 

We recommend, where appropriate, that employees are fully informed of the work that we are conducting.

 

Our ultimate goal is to decrease absenteeism through increasing employee wellbeing.
